Agreement related to a mirror hanging? Should I worry?

It was literally a huge patch of ice before a stop sign on a road in my village. In the distance, slowing the signal, I am very very gently touched the back of a minibus with my sub-compact. assuming that the other party is not a child (age 16-21 or so) or elderly (aged 65 years or so), I'm willing to bet that he or his passengers * * has write or memorize your plate #.... Here are my two schools of thought: if I were your management consultant risks, I suggest you call your insurance company as soon as possible and report the incident, saying exactly what happened - Even to the other party has declared that "there is not enough (damage) to call" - and he did not request information or giving. This way, if you call, you will be clear ...
