How can a housewife extra $ in my barn, corral, and 40 acres of Wyoming?
We try to buy this house 40 acres, but could use some extra income to help the mortgage will be necessary. We have seen some boarding horses, boarding 4-H projects, Boat Storage RV (the barn), rental space for local workers or students to park a motorhome (boomtown with an affordable housing crisis), egg sales, B & B for the hunting season (for people and horses), sales of local honey.
Shipping horses is good, but very expensive and time consuming. B & B is better, but see above. Eggs, honey, maple syrup, cheese, vegetables are good ways to make money.
