Agreement related to a mirror hanging? Should I worry?
It was literally a huge patch of ice before a stop sign on a road in my village. In the distance, slowing the signal, I am very very gently touched the back of a minibus with my sub-compact. A piece plastic little ahead of my car, I do not like kindof fixing. There were scratches on the rear bumper. I have all of subsequently put blinders on and went to talk to him. He and his passenger, as well as mine, of course, was not injured. I apologized immediately, He said he was not much damage. He came to inspect it and said theres not enough to call. He said yes to my traction control is turned on, and slid a while we were talking, commenting on ice crazy fun. The results do not speak the name, the police, insurance or number plate. We returned to our cars after the hand and walked away. Nothing will come of all this? I do not seen this type or time enough to see every time the model of my car or license plate number, and we were both well.
assuming that the other party is not a child (age 16-21 or so) or elderly (aged 65 years or so), I'm willing to bet that he or his passengers * * has write or memorize your plate #.... Here are my two schools of thought: if I were your management consultant risks, I suggest you call your insurance company as soon as possible and report the incident, saying exactly what happened - Even to the other party has declared that "there is not enough (damage) to call" - and he did not request information or giving. This way, if you call, you will be clear ... However, if I was your friend who became a consultant in risk management and I was * not their risk management consultant, hehe, I would just pass (oops by the pun )..... and the guy was so friendly to him, and the damage was minors, it will probably report .... if so, and his insurance company contacts, again, I simply tell them what has past, including that of the other party said "not enough (damage) to call" - and he has not asked to give information or not. most likely does not cancel the policy anyway - unless you have more than one accident or Moving Violation of your case in the past three years.
