What kind of guitar would be good for a beginner?
I want to learn how to play the acoustic guitar but I dont know what kind to get. I was at the store and saw a parlor size and a full size and didnt know what that meant. Which would be better?
You don't have to get a "beginner" guitar. You can buy some awesome used instruments. And some of the cheaper guitars are high quality and sound great.
Get someone to help you who has been playing a while. Then you will get the most for your money. Here are my suggestions. I especially like the $300 Takamine for it's balanced tone, which you will appreciate later as you learn.
